Meet The Team
Hello! I’m Kiley Heberlein, a certified Speech-Language Pathologist and the founder of Seedlings Pediatric Therapy, proudly serving families throughout the Twin Cities. I am passionate about helping children develop the tools they need to communicate confidently and successfully within their natural environments.

As a mom of two, I understand firsthand how important it is for families to feel supported and empowered. My approach prioritizes caregiver education and collaboration so that strategies and skills learned in therapy carry over seamlessly into everyday routines at home, school, and the community.
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Childhood Education from the University of Dayton and my Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Louisville. I hold my Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, as well as professional licenses in Minnesota and Illinois.

Throughout my career, I have worked with pediatric clients across a variety of settings, including schools, nonprofit organizations, private practice, outpatient clinics, teletherapy, early intervention, and in-home therapy. I have consistently seen the greatest success when therapy occurs within a child’s natural environment—whether that’s at home, daycare, school, or through teletherapy—with caregivers and teachers actively involved in the treatment process.

Outside of work, I embrace the joyful chaos of life with my two young children and love exploring new restaurants, outdoor adventures, and community events in and around Minneapolis.
